Job Responsibilities:

  • Collects stationary and pantry supplies and distributes them to concerned staff and manages the pantry items.
  • Binds, laminates work as and when required.
  • Provides office personnel with coffee, tea, etc. as per set schedule as well as when required by Management as well as visitors.
  • Assists in various office tasks like distribution of Correspondence, Sorting and getting files ready for dispatch etc.
  • Assists in organizing and arranging extra furniture as required and instructed during meetings and appointments.
  • Assists in loading and unloading materials and stock in store / office room.
  • Assists Office personnel in photocopying work, filing, and distributing correspondence.

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school qualification
  • English communication skills
